Yellowfin Tuna Temaki

Temaki is a hand-rolled type of sushi. The preparation is quit easy, this dish consists of sushi rice, raw fish, and vegetables wrapped in a piece of seaweed paper.

Ingredients
Yellowfin tuna saku (cut into strips)
Cucumber strips
Kaiware - radish sprouts
Fried onion chips
Yuzu Kosho
Nori seaweed 1/2 cut (Gold)
Sushi rice
Preparation Method
1. Place the nori on a plate or clean table.
2. Put 1/4 cup of cooked sushi rice to the nori sheet and flatten/spread it evenly (about 1/3 - 1/2 of the nori sheet).
3. Add some ingredients over the rice: Tuna strip, some yuzu kosho on top of tuna, cucumber strip, kaiware, and fried onion chips.
4. Roll the nori sheet with all ingredients to the end of the nori, and put a piece of rice on the tip of the nori to secure the folds.
5. Enjoy! You can dip it with wasabi and soy sauce for more flavorful.
